




**The Position** --------------- The role focuses on ensuring the effective implementation of medical and commercial promotion strategies in public institutions, with the objective of generating demand, facilitating patient access to treatments, and achieving annual sales targets. The individual in this role will be key in managing the hospital circuit and coordinating with multifunctional teams for the entry of new molecules or indications. **Tasks and Responsibilities** ------------------------------ * Professionally promote products in public healthcare institutions according to the brand plan. * Coordinate actions with the government access team. * Conduct medical visits at appropriate frequency based on specialty. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product portfolio and certifications. * Manage hospital processes to ensure product availability. * Comply with compliance, pharmacovigilance, and VEEVA event procedures. * Participate in monthly trainings (100% LOS courses completed). **Requirements:** **Mandatory** * University degree (completed bachelor's degree). * Minimum 2 years of experience in private sales, preferably level V3. At least V2 with two years of experience. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, digital platforms, and iPad usage. * English level B1-B2 (preferred). * Analytical skills and results orientation. * Effective communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills. **Desirable** ------------ * Experience in hospital management. * Certifications in medical products. * Active participation in marketing events and webinars. * Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs, MCCP, Balanced Score Card).
