




**Job Objective** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of facilities, equipment, and general areas, guaranteeing operational continuity and compliance with safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for operating and executing maintenance of preservation systems for real estate facilities, including masonry, carpentry, plumbing, basic electricity, painting, etc. Responsible for properly addressing incidents, preparing technical reports, collaborating with various departments, reporting failures in a timely manner, and providing immediate response to malfunctions. Participate in training and technical development programs. Timely and proper execution of preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment availability under your responsibility. Actively participate in achieving maintenance metrics (KPIs, MTTR, MTBF). Participate in ensuring the proper operation of equipment and areas related to building and property preservation. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical diploma, incomplete university degree, or high school diploma with verifiable experience. * Minimum experience: 1–2 years in general maintenance. * Availability to rotate shifts: 4x3 schedules (Wednesday–Saturday or Sunday–Wednesday), rotating 12-hour shifts. * Proper use of PPE and knowledge of industrial safety (preferred).
