




**At Sports World, we fully embrace our emotions, working passionately and transforming the lives of our team within a fun and dynamic environment.** **Due to growth, we are seeking a / GENERAL MANAGER FOR CLUB PEDREGAL** What are we looking for? **Education:** Bachelor’s degree candidate or graduate in Business Administration, Business, Industrial Engineering, Tourism Business Administration, Hotel Administration, Sports Sciences, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in business unit administration, team management, customer interaction, and sales follow-up; passion for personalized service. **PLUS: Experience within the entertainment sector or in hospitality and restaurant companies.** **Responsibilities:** * Highest-level responsibility for the business unit (all areas of the facility: Sales, Reception, Administration, Maintenance, Cleaning). * Monitoring and achievement of all performance indicators and budget targets for the assigned facility. * Personnel management to deliver the best possible human-centered service. * Supervision and identification of opportunities for improvement and incidents, developing and implementing action/correction plans.
