In this role, you will coordinate advanced (Level 3 and 4\) troubleshooting, deliver targeted enhancements to Java services, and maintain system reliability within a microservices environment. Apply now to bring your expertise to our team. **Responsibilities** * Address production incidents, service requests, and operational tasks in a timely manner * Deliver on\-call assistance during US CST hours and during major system outages * Implement incremental improvements, technical upgrades, and ongoing maintenance for Java\-based systems * Correct issues and develop backend microservices along with REST API enhancements * Conduct unit testing for new and modified code * Manage change requests through initiation, review, and final deployment approvals * Ensure compliance with development standards, performing code reviews and maintaining CI pipelines * Join scrum sessions, daily handovers, and collaboration meetings * Mentor other developers and facilitate technical knowledge sharing * Assist offshore colleagues in overcoming obstacles and managing priorities * Work closely with teammates to uphold client satisfaction * Pursue continual refinement of support processes **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of Java development experience including Spring MVC and Spring Boot * Track record of successfully leading technical teams * Experience providing production support for enterprise\-scale systems * Understanding of API design and microservices\-based solutions * Strong analytical and problem\-resolution skills * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities * Proactive attitude with a high sense of responsibility * Upper\-Intermediate (B2\) level English proficiency * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline * Master’s degree in Computer Science is advantageous **Nice to have** * Background with Java Microservice Infrastructure * Familiarity with Spring Core
