We collaborate with key clients such as CFE and ASUR, positioning ourselves as a trusted partner in the electrical sector. At present, we are seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. Profile Definition: * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the construction sector. * Experience implementing and supervising key processes including recruitment, selection, payroll management, training, and regulatory compliance. * Knowledge of applicable labor regulations, including the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS), STPS-NOM-035, STPS-NOM-017, as well as payroll, social security, and tax compliance regulations. * Ability to design and implement talent retention programs and organizational development initiatives. * Experience negotiating with training providers and recruitment platforms. * Proficiency in digital tools for personnel management and payroll automation. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Talent Management, or related field (mandatory). * Certifications in Human Resources, Talent Management, Occupational Safety, or applicable labor regulations (desirable).
