




Position Summary: This role ensures that service, material, and supply orders from SK Stores comply with budgetary constraints and are properly managed, guaranteeing timely supplier payments and operational continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Manages budgets and procurement processes for SK Stores. 2. Ensures proper execution of service and procurement processes. 3. Confirms receipt of materials and manages payments to suppliers. **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure that each service, material, and supply order from SK Stores adheres to the approved budget and is correctly received in the corresponding platform, thereby complying with expense budget requirements and enabling suppliers to receive their payments on time and in full—avoiding operational disruptions. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collaborate with the SK Stores Commercial Manager to develop and maintain the TSK service, material, and supply budget, ensuring its proper administration according to annual planning. * Ensure correct execution of service and procurement processes for TSK materials and supplies; report any deviations to the direct supervisor and propose corrective actions. * Provide guidance to TSK staff regarding questions about purchase requests via the procurement portal, ensuring correct execution of the TSK supply replenishment process. * Confirm receipt of materials and supplies for each order with TSK Managers and apply the corresponding RP (Receiving Protocol) to ensure timely and accurate supplier payments. **EXPERIENCE** * Procurement of materials and supplies * SAP **KNOWLEDGE** * Advanced Excel * SAP * Budget Administration * Development and management of service performance indicators **STATUTORY BENEFITS** * 30 days’ Christmas bonus * 8.5% Savings Fund * Annual performance bonus (15 days) * Life insurance * Major medical insurance * Funeral assistance * Perfect attendance days * Special discounts at Salud Digna and SuKarne
