We are currently seeking talented individuals with strong performance potential and energy capable of strengthening and generating the positive work environment we take pride in. ### **Human Resources Supervisor (Labor Relations)** **Location:** Navojoa, Sonora **Reports to:** Human Resources Manager ### **Position Purpose** Supervise and coordinate Labor Relations department activities through appropriate planning, control, and follow-up of assigned processes, aiming to ensure regulatory compliance, maintain a favorable work environment, and support plant operational continuity. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor **absenteeism and turnover** indicators, establishing actions for their control. * Administer and address **Labor Relations** matters, including case management, employee support, and liaison with the labor union. * Coordinate with the Legal Department on handling **labor proceedings**, such as lawsuits, collective bargaining agreements, and filings before relevant authorities. * Ensure compliance with the **Internal Work Regulations** and applicable legal provisions. * Supervise personnel services, including **cafeteria, transportation, and cleaning**. * Monitor administrative processes within the department: + Incident and time tracking (Kronos) + Support during payroll closing + Personnel documentation administration * Provide coverage for the Human Resources Manager’s responsibilities during absence. * Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in Human Resources processes. * Ensure compliance with applicable management systems (**ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949**). * Supervise **occupational health** activities in coordination with medical services and relevant authorities. ### **Position Requirements** * Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in **Human Resources Management** or related roles. * Prior experience in team leadership. * Knowledge of: + Labor Relations + Recruitment and selection, training and development + Compensation, salary, and benefits administration + Current labor legislation (Federal Labor Law, IMSS) * Proficiency in metrics, organizational structures, and performance evaluation. * Familiarity with quality management systems and international standards. ### **Required Competencies** * Results orientation * Collaborative work * Focus on internal customers * Analytical and problem-solving ability * Leadership and decision-making capability **Equal Employment Opportunity Statement.** Yazaki is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, disability, differing abilities, or any other characteristic protected by law.
