Prepare U.S. and Mexican customs documentation **NAPS México is seeking an Import Export Analyst in Tijuana, Baja California** ----------------------------------------------------------------------- **A high-performance coated fabrics manufacturing company is looking for an Import – Export Analyst.** ### **Objective** Manage import \- export formalities, review inventories, coordinate logistics, and provide customer service support. ### **Responsibilities** * Analyze options to document and coordinate northbound/southbound shipment logistics and track materials in transit. * Prepare all required documentation for U.S. and Mexico customs (invoices, equipment control, import/export materials documentation, etc.). * Track shipments through final delivery confirmation. * Use the ERP system to extract information for foreign trade operations. * Participate in activities such as inventory reconciliations, balance adjustments and related processes. * Work with different shipping methods including UPS, FedEx, LTL, and international freight. * Generate UPS/FedEx labels for outbound shipments. ### **Profile** * 3\+ years of experience in Import/Export operations. * Knowledge of documentation and import/export procedures. * Advanced English. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. * Experience with MRP or ERP systems. * Strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, highly organized, results-oriented, and proactive. ### **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, based in Terán Terán **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Manufacturing, Consumer Goods *This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69d3e2b94000003100195643\&source\=indeed
