You will be part of a company that prioritizes quality, integrity, collaboration, and customer focus—equipped with the resources, training, and incentives necessary to ensure your success at every stage. **Position Objective:** Responsible for documenting customs clearance procedures for all goods requiring temporary importation, ensuring full compliance with current customs regulations; and coordinating logistics for cross-border movement and delivery to the plant. **Responsibilities:** Validation of goods to ensure materials have proper classification. Scheduling of transport units for importation. Validation of import manifests. Entering part numbers into the inventory control system. Tracking in-bond materials. Requesting tariff classifications from Mexican customs brokers and the Corporate Compliance team for unclassified materials. Preparing interface documents for import invoice preparation and submitting them to customs brokers. Tracking domestic logistics. Monitoring and controlling import metrics. Notifying relevant departments in case of operational delays. Reviewing carrier billing invoices for authorization by the Finance department. Maintaining performance metrics for carriers and internal customer service evaluations. Using Excel to generate reports and pivot tables. Complying with EH\&S requirements. Complying with ITC requirements. Completing and maintaining your skill matrix. **Desired Candidate Profile:** **Academic Level:** University degree **Field of Study/Major:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related discipline. **Minimum Required Experience:** 1 year of experience in a similar role, with knowledge of customs matters: proficiency in Annex 24 system, familiarity with Annex 22 and Article 36 of the Customs Law, and IMMEX Program.
