**Job Description** We are seeking a Credit Promoter to provide in-person customer service at the branch. **JOB PURPOSE** 1\.Individuals involved in credit promotion will be prohibited from participating in the approval of credits for which they are responsible for origination or negotiation. 2\.Execute operational projections to achieve objectives. 3\.Promote, inform, and apply credit services, taking into account evaluation, analysis, placement, monitoring, and recovery, enabling proper portfolio management. **RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\.Collect all required documentation to complete the credit file. Assemble a complete file for each type of credit transaction entered into with each debtor, borrower, or counterparty during the validity of the credit, even if overdue, including the corresponding information and documentation according to the type of portfolio, in accordance with applicable regulations. 2\.Coordinate with your immediate supervisor for planning and structuring promotional and research activities aimed at CONSEDE's growth. 3\.Promote credit services in their various forms in accordance with CONSEDE’s regulations and financial products. 4\.Inform clients of the requirements for obtaining CONSEDE loans. 5\.Maintain a record of individuals who meet all eligibility criteria as potential credit candidates. 6\.Gather information for pre-analysis and credit files. 7\.Conduct site visits to the investment location and client's residence to qualitatively and quantitatively verify the data provided by the applicant. 8\.Verify the existence and condition of the collateral offered by the client. 9\.If the prospect or applicant meets all requirements and conditions set forth in CONSEDE regulations, the Credit Promoter will proceed to analyze the documentation and information provided by the applicant to prepare the financial and technical study (evaluation), determining the project's feasibility, repayment capacity, debt capacity, and risk level. 10\.Submit the client's file to the Credit Analysis department for document review, assessment of financial projections, risk analysis for the company, compliance with all CONSEDE regulations, and quality review of the work performed. 11\.Responsible for presenting the case to the corresponding Credit Committee, with speaking rights but no voting rights. 12\.Once the loan is approved, notify the client of the approval and the terms under which it was authorized. 13\.Follow up on the legal formalization of the financing, coordinating the signing of legal documents between the client and CONSEDE. 14\.Monitor the credit agreement until the collateral is registered in the appropriate registry. 15\.Deliver the legal documentation to the control desk for processing the financing operation. 16\.Conduct at least one visit to the investment site to verify project progress and client needs. 17\.If the project includes agricultural insurance, follow up on it, receive loss notices, and ensure they are sent to the insurance company. 18\.On the first day of the week, submit your weekly activity plan to your immediate supervisor; on the last day of the week, submit a report on the results of scheduled activities. 19\.One month before maturity, deliver to the client the account statement showing the amount due on the maturity date. 20\.Perform administrative collection before and after the loan's due date if necessary. 21\.Request any additional investigation deemed necessary regarding an applied, approved, or disbursed loan. 22\.Assist in training new team members on job responsibilities. 23\.Support clients in meeting the requirements for submitting credit application documentation and fulfilling their credit obligations. 24\.If requested by the client, assist in the process of releasing collateral and returning valuable documents, subject to approval from the credit department. **Soft Skills** * Proactivity * Teamwork * Effective communication What will you love about working with us?
