The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial transparency, personnel management, and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Financial Management and Income/Expense Control: Collections and Verification: Manage rent collection, issuance of receipts, and signing of counter-receipts. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly income and expense reports (inflows/outflows), duly supported by invoices and notes. Service Audits: Review electricity consumption in vacant units and authorize special expenses or discounts. Procurement Management: Review and approve quotations for materials and labor (outsourcing); manage procurement of supplies. 2\. Operations and Maintenance Supervision: Inventory Control: Update inventories of furniture, tools, and storage areas; conduct damage assessments in common areas and vacant units.
