Ensure continuous, secure, and reliable operation of the ERP or IT platform; administer system access and changes; ensure information integrity and traceability; provide technical support and user training; keep technical and functional documentation up to date; identify and manage technological risks; propose and implement system improvements; and support internal and external audits related to the QMS. Comprehensively administer and track project information on the RTR platform, including participation in service feasibility processes; project opening and closing; granting system access to new clients; sending information and communications via email; verifying, validating, and controlling recorded service hours; sending customer satisfaction surveys; and continuously monitoring project status in coordination with internal leaders and/or Liaison Supplier Representatives. Administer indices of Work Instructions | Visual Aids | Project Quality Alerts. Maintenance, detection, and resolution of issues affecting company equipment (mobile devices, computers). Administer operating systems and provide user support for company equipment. Participate in meetings as required, with relevant information. Monitor databases for corporate metrics. Promote continuous improvement within the team. Be available and provide support to the company whenever required. Manage supply and tool requisitions to the Finance Department. Risk Management. Be aware of the quality policy, objectives, and one’s contribution. Develop and maintain internal and external web and native applications. Program functionalities using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implement and consume APIs using Node.js and Express. Develop modern interfaces with React. Design, administer, and optimize SQL databases. Manage code versions using GitHub. Administer systems on hosting and servers (cPanel, FTP, domains, SSL, backups). Provide technical support to users on internal systems. Address incidents related to computer equipment and software. Support Outlook, email account, and Office configurations. Create and maintain Excel macros for process automation. Support ERP system administration, usage, and improvement. Document developments, processes, and technical solutions. Collaborate with other departments for requirements gathering. Ensure availability, integrity, and confidentiality of information stored in the ERP/platform. Ensure continuous proper functioning of the system and its modules. Administer users, roles, and access according to internal policies. Execute and verify periodic data backups. Ensure the system complies with business, customer, and QMS requirements. Comply with and enforce IT (Information Technology) procedures, policies, and guidelines. Keep system technical and functional documentation updated. Control system changes through a formal authorization process. Identify opportunities for ERP/platform improvement, automation, and optimization. Analyze recurring incidents and propose preventive actions. Actively participate in continuous improvement projects related to systems. Assess technological risks that may impact operations or quality. Prioritize and address incidents based on their impact and criticality. Track system performance indicators (availability, incidents, response times). Report system status and risks to the appropriate Director or Manager. Support internal and external audits by providing system evidence.
