We are currently seeking an Operational Supervisor in the Private Security area, with experience managing high-turnover teams, supervising more than 200 people, relevant industry experience, and accustomed to working under performance-driven and high-pressure conditions. You must possess a positive attitude, be proactive, capable of decision-making, personnel management, and fostering and improving workplace climate; you must also be receptive, empathetic, respectful, and attentive. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively. * Develop and implement security policies and procedures to protect the organization and its assets. * Conduct routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, devising risk mitigation strategies. * Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding promptly to security breaches or incidents. * Serve as liaison with law enforcement, emergency services, and stakeholders during security emergencies. * Train and educate security personnel on emergency response protocols and plans. * Investigate incidents, accidents, and security violations, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent. * Proven experience in a security supervision role, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. * Prior experience in law enforcement, military, or private security will be highly valued. * Clean criminal record and ability to pass an extensive background check. * Physical fitness and capacity to perform security duties, including standing, walking, patrolling, and responding to emergencies. * Residency in one of the following locations: HERMOSILLO, GUAYMAS, NAVOJOA, AGUA PRIETA. * Willingness to travel.
