Area Manager (AM)

We invite you to join our team as:** **Area Manager for sales and collections** **Location: PAPANTLA** **Challenges you will face in this role:** 1\. Execute plans to meet the operational business needs of your area so that Development Managers and assigned agents achieve established KPIs, thereby contributing to branch profitability. 2\. Carry out the DM induction process (Shadowing) to ensure they understand the business operations and the scope of their responsibilities. 3\. Plan and implement measures together with the Security department to reduce risks and mitigate situations or practices that could impact operations. 4\. Supervise that Branch Managers and agents follow and comply with company policies, credit controls, current legislation, and safety practices to ensure smooth operational flow. 5\.
