




Job Summary: Responsible for managing and validating loading and unloading information, ensuring data accuracy and effective communication with supervisors. Key Highlights: 1. Manages physical and digital information related to product loading and unloading. 2. Validates form completion and ensures data accuracy in the WEP. 3. Communicates with management to resolve questions regarding the daily plan. Responsibilities: * Responsible for all physical and digital information generated from customer product loading and unloading. * Validates form completion. * Inputs and completes the loading order initiated by the planner, ensuring all required information for that load is contained in the WEP; once completed, ensures the supervisor is aware and incorporates it into their daily work scope. It must be guaranteed that the input information is accurate to avoid errors originating from this step, given the difficulty of detecting such errors; therefore, complete shipment information must be delivered both to the warehouse supervisor and to the outbound supervisor to provide multiple verification layers. * At the end of the shift, cross-checks information with the outbound supervisor to ensure the data entered into the WEP is correct and quantities match, signing jointly with the supervisor. * Daily communication with the Unit Manager to clarify any questions arising from receipts or loads related to the daily plan.
