Responsibilities: * Actively participate in training programs and comply with guidelines and policies regarding safety, environment, occupational health, and quality according to the company's standards, manuals, and procedures. * Supervise assembly personnel on site. * Organize and distribute planning for activities to be carried out. * Supervise the processes involved in assembly activities. * Interpret and verify construction and assembly drawings. * Monitor progress against construction planning. * Perform load calculations for proper lifting operations. * Track material and tool requirements necessary for planned activities according to specifications. * Provide technical guidance to personnel during activities. * Prepare objective achievement reports for management. * Hold daily meetings with assigned personnel to review, assign, and follow up on work schedules. * Address requirements and provide improvement recommendations. * Supervise the execution of activities. * Continuously verify order and cleanliness of the work area. * Carry out installation, alignment, leveling, and assembly of structures, machinery, and/or equipment. * Identify potential safety risks and take all necessary corrective measures to eliminate or minimize them. * Ensure work is executed and completed with quality and always in a safe manner. **Requirements** * Knowledge: Technical knowledge in layout, levels, elevations (Surveying and Floor Mechanics).
