





**Job Title:** LATAM Technical Recruiter (Contract, Remote) **About Us** We are a fast\-moving healthcare technology company building two enterprise\-grade platforms, within a SOC2\-certified, HIPAA\-compliant environment. We are rapidly assembling a high\-performing, fully dedicated LATAM engineering team. **Position Summary** The LATAM Technical Recruiter will own full\-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles. This role requires exceptional sourcing capabilities, strong technical understanding, and disciplined execution aligned with secure, regulated environments. **Key Responsibilities** * Source and evaluate engineering candidates across LATAM * Build pipelines for senior backend, frontend, data, product, and UX roles * Run structured, consistent interview processes * Assess candidates for secure\-working maturity (SOC2/HIPAA expectations) * Partner with CTO and hiring leads * Provide weekly progress updates * Help fill an entire engineering team within \~60 days **Qualifications** * 3–5\+ years LATAM technical recruiting * Strong track record placing senior engineers * Ability to evaluate backend (Python), frontend (React), cloud, integrations * Experience with secure or regulated hiring environments preferred * Excellent English communication skills * Startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, fast executor **Reference Requirement** *Professional references will be required for finalists as part of our structured hiring process.* **What We Offer** * Remote contract role * Competitive compensation * Opportunity to build a world\-class engineering organization Job Type: Contract Pay: $54,040\.00 \- $55,150\.00 per year Work Location: Remote
