**WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** **Position Objective:** Ensure **complete and accurate orders** through **warehouse supervision, operational control, and logistics KPIs**, guaranteeing service levels and productivity. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and schedule orders for **picking, assembly, cutting, and shipping**, balancing **workloads** and operational capacity. * Supervise **order picking**, monitoring **shortages, errors, and incomplete orders**. * Coordinate **goods preparation and packaging**, validating **invoices, delivery notes, transfer documents, and outbound documentation**. * Supervise **shipping and delivery routes**, monitoring **GPS**, supporting drivers, and properly closing routes. * Track **local and out-of-town deliveries**, incidents, delays, and returns. * Address **operational exceptions**, internal requests, and order status inquiries. * Manage **operational and productivity KPIs**: picking accuracy, errors, shrinkage, delivery times, and capacity. * Implement **continuous warehouse improvement** using **5S, Lean, and root cause analysis (5 Whys)**. * Ensure compliance with **warehouse safety and hygiene standards**. **Required Profile** * High school diploma, technical degree, or bachelor’s degree in **Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or related field** **Proven experience in:** * **Warehouse supervision** and logistics operations * **Order picking, packing, and shipping** * **Coordination of operational staff** (10–15 people) * Managing **delivery routes, shipments, and courier services** * Inventory and order control * Decision-making under pressure * Preparing **operational reports and summaries** **Key Knowledge and Skills:** * **Warehouse, logistics, and distribution processes** * **Workload planning and operational capacity management** * Document control (**invoices, delivery notes, transfer documents**) * **Intermediate Excel** (tables, reporting, incident tracking, productivity analysis) * **Logistics KPIs** (On-Time In-Full, productivity, error rates, shrinkage) * **Lean / 5S / continuous improvement tools** * Basic knowledge of **industrial safety and hygiene** ⭐ **We Offer** * Salary of $14,500–$16,500 pre-tax monthly, based on experience * $1,000 punctuality bonus * Benefits exceeding legal requirements * Job stability * Growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,500.00 – $16,500.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site
