




**We are hiring a "Compensation / Payroll Administrator"** We are seeking talent responsible for the accurate management of payroll, pre\-payroll, incidents, and administrative personnel processes. **Requirements** * Age: 23 \- 40 years old * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field * *Key competencies:* Attention to detail, Organization and control, Sense of responsibility, Confidentiality, Process follow\-up Minimum 2 years’ experience in: * Preparation of fiscal and non\-fiscal payroll * Incident control * Employee onboarding and offboarding with IMSS * Personnel file and PPE administration * Highly meticulous, organized, and structured profile **Main responsibilities** * Record attendance incidents (absences, tardiness, and disabilities) in the pre\-payroll file. * Prepare and validate bonus files for administrative and operational staff. * Request payroll cash and disburse payments to employees according to the established schedule. * Support receipt, validation, and control of incidents. * Administer, safeguard, and keep personnel documentation and files up\-to\-date. * Ensure employee files are complete. * Draft administrative minutes, safeguard them, and follow up. * Manage employee offboarding process: notify involved departments, process IMSS offboarding, and request final settlement. * Maintain control of uniforms, PPE, and locker locks for personnel. * Support generation of indicators and reports requested by direct supervisor. * Coordinate and follow up on internal communications and weekly communication plan. * Attend internal audits and follow up on findings. * Support planning and execution of events and training sessions. * Manage vacation requests and maintain individual employee database. * Publish holidays and working days on internal communication channels. * Create, coordinate, and follow up on the Safety and Hygiene Committee. * Coordinate verification walkthroughs and safeguard committee minutes. * Follow up on preventive actions related to safety, hygiene, and occupational health. * Report activities and actions carried out to General Management. **We offer:** * Base salary: $13,000 net * Food vouchers: $500 monthly * Transportation allowance: $576 monthly * Bonus: $2,000 monthly * Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacations, vacation bonus, year\-end bonus. * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Minor medical expenses insurance * December food allowance * Paid rest days or leave * Half\-day off on your birthday * Preferential discounts on the brand * Continuous training and a dynamic, growth\-oriented environment Position type: Full\-time, indefinite term Salary: $16,076\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Company phone * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Application question(s): * Have you prepared fiscal and non\-fiscal payroll? * How long does your commute take to HDI Seguros San Juan Bosco?
