Position Summary: Provide operational support to IT and Telecommunications teams by fulfilling work orders to maintain service quality. Key Highlights: 1. Critical support to IT and Telecommunications operations 2. Troubleshooting of equipment and structured cabling 3. Experience in Routing, Switching, and fiber-optic network support Provide operational support to IT and Telecommunications equipment through timely execution of work orders, aiming to prevent incidents and sustain company and colocation customer services at the established quality level Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Communications and Electronics, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science - 6 months to 1 year of experience working with IT or networking equipment - Ability to interpret and resolve physical issues in IT equipment - Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems in structured cabling (fiber optic and UTP) - Experience in Routing and Switching - Basic CCNA knowledge, fiber-optic network operation and support . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge areas: Problem solving, Quality, Equipment maintenance, Organization, Routing, Support, Switching, Telecommunications, Equipment operation Keywords: engineers, ingeniera, ing, engineer
