(Tracking invoice cancellations, credit notes or warranty claims). * Shipping guide generation. * Supplier management. * Bank terminal payment collection. * Perform weekly and monthly cycle inventory checks. * Review and supervise warehouse entries and exits. * Supervise and coordinate daily logistics for transportation and distribution (using company vehicles and courier services). * Review shipping guides sent to couriers to validate destination before shipment. * Petty cash control and branch supplies purchasing. * Sales and customer service (call center and counter). * Customer prospecting. ***SKILLS:*** * Communication and empathy. * Experience handling conflicts and problem resolution. * Establish and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships. * Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and needs. * Offer commercial and technical advice on products sold by the company. * Reactivation of inactive customers. * Effective customer attention when requesting a quote.
