DESCRIPTION **Flexographic Press Operator** ----------------------------------- **Location:** Tlaquepaque, JL (near Centro Sur) **Salary:** Monthly gross salary of $18,000 + benefits exceeding legal requirements **Schedule:** * Monday to Friday (choice of shift): * 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. * 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * Completed high school or technical degree. * Minimum experience operating **wide- or narrow-web flexographic presses**. * Knowledge of water-based inks, clichés, anilox rollers, substrates, viscosity control, and color management. **Responsibilities:** * Produce labels according to the production schedule and customer specifications. * Adjust printing parameters (registration, pressure, speed, and color). * Mount clichés, change rolls, and perform machine adjustments. * Conduct basic equipment cleaning and maintenance. * Monitor ink viscosity and perform color matching (Pantone). * Identify and correct printing defects. * Comply with quality, safety, and workplace organization standards. **We offer:** * **Monthly gross salary of $18,000.** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * **30 days’ bonus (aguinaldo).** * **40% vacation premium.** * **$500 monthly grocery vouchers.** * Excellent work environment and opportunities for growth.
