Candidate Profile We Are Seeking: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in CPFR-related roles, specifically within the commercial area. * Knowledge of: *- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, etc.); an advanced proficiency test will be administered. *- Demand forecasting methodology (statistical, historical, and seasonal models). *- Required: Google Suite / Google Workspace, SQL, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Looker, Qlik, etc.). *- Familiarity with supply chain processes, planning, and replenishment. * Competencies: Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation; effective communication across multiple internal departments and external stakeholders; results-driven and continuous improvement mindset; proactivity and time management; collaborative teamwork. Responsibilities: *- Collect and consolidate sell-out sales and inventory data for each wholesale, retail, and e-commerce platform client. *- Maintain, for each client, detailed information on outstanding orders as well as the 4-month forward forecast, to develop collaborative demand forecasting models and ensure forecast compliance based on current inventory levels and production orders in progress. *- Analyze sales velocity trends per product to issue alerts to the sales force and proactively address potential issues: inventory imbalances, stockouts, slow-moving items, product discontinuations, etc. *- Analyze inventory levels and aging per product across wholesale and retail accounts. *- Collaborate with internal teams to develop data-driven sales forecasts—incorporating historical data, promotions, and seasonality—to monitor and adjust plan execution. *- Plan demand for new products by leveraging historical data when replacing existing items, or by gathering market potential information for entirely new products.
