At **HARBEnit**, we are seeking a highly committed and experienced **Site Supervisor**, with proven track record, to supervise and control construction, restoration, and similar projects within the state of Puebla and at remote job sites. **Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture **Professional Experience:** * Minimum 3 years as Site Supervisor * At least 5 years of general experience in the construction industry **Residence:** * PUEBLA or nearby areas **Required Technical Knowledge:** * Supervision and control of civil works in accordance with the execution project * Verification of material quality and construction processes * Application and enforcement of industrial safety standards * On-site resolution of technical issues * Daily coordination of activities with contractors and work crews * Physical progress monitoring and control of works * Preparation of site reports * Weekly progress reports * Photographic and documentary record of construction activities * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) **Competencies and Personal Skills:** * Leadership and decision-making * Planning and organization * Multidisciplinary teamwork * Effective communication with clients, suppliers, and field personnel * Adaptability to change and ability to work under pressure * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving goals **If you meet this profile and are interested in joining our team, apply through this channel!** Employment type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term, Seasonal Contract duration: 2 months Salary: $12,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
