Job Summary* To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Guadalajara , North Campus * Reporting to the Senior Director Program Management Manager, Program Manager role involves working in charge of guiding a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer focused products and services and will hold up development and implementation of a project, pricing and program strategies in order to continue to deliver value to the business and its customers. What a typical day looks like: + Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets. + In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results. + Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. + Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. + Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. + Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel. + Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P\&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: + BA/BS or equivalent work experience. + Requires experience in simila position management or related area. + Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site. + Customer (external and internal) relationship and negotiation skills. + Advanced English. + PCBA Experience + P\&L Background + NPI Projects + Projects cetification + Intermediate/ advanced Excel.
