Job Summary: Safety and Hygiene Supervisor responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, supervising working conditions, and coordinating emergency plans on construction sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. 2. Supervises working conditions and prevents hazards on site. 3. Coordinates drills and manages daily operational safety. CONSTRUCTORA GODA WE ARE SEEKING A SAFETY AND HYGIENE SUPERVISOR Age: 25 to 35 years old Education: Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Paramedic, or related field MUST-HAVE: Compliance with safety protocols outlined in NOM-031-STPS-2011, NOM-031-STPS-2011, and the Federal Regulation on Occupational Safety and Health. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise compliance with the Official Mexican Standard (NOM) as well as applicable STPS regulations for work execution. Verify that personnel have appropriate and well-maintained personal protective equipment (PPE). Conduct safety talks prior to the start of each work shift. Perform daily safety inspections on site. Prepare work permits. Identify unsafe working conditions and acts. Coordinate drills and emergency response plans. Supervise food consumption areas, restrooms, and common zones. Identify hygienic hazards (dust, noise, chemical substances). Monitor proper handling of waste (hazardous and non-hazardous). Supervise visual order on site or at the workplace (materials, tools, wiring). Ensure correct and visible signage (safety, routes, notices).
