**Your Role:** We are seeking a **Facility Security Analyst** to safeguard the plant’s physical, human, financial, and information assets through the implementation, monitoring, and enhancement of security controls, risk prevention, and timely response to incidents that could impact operations and business continuity. **Our Team:** You will join the Facility Security team at Molex Guadalajara, collaborating with internal departments and external authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and comprehensive organizational protection. **What You’ll Do:** * Identify and assess facility, process, and supply chain security risks * Develop and implement operational procedures and guidelines for loss and incident prevention * Manage the Facility Security System in accordance with legal and corporate requirements (C-TPAT, AEO) * Oversee access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and perimeter fencing * Coordinate issuance and replacement of credentials, keys, and access authorizations * Investigate internal incidents and develop preventive recommendations * Train operational staff and security personnel on security protocols and systems * Conduct internal audits and track audit findings * Generate reports, statistics, and departmental performance indicators * Manage relationships with security service providers and local authorities **Who You Are (Basic Requirements):** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Security, Business Administration, Criminology, Industrial Engineering, or related field * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in facility security * Knowledge of regulations and standards (C-TPAT, AEO) * Proficiency with systems: CCTV, access control, Office 365 * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between facilities **What Will Set You Apart:** * Leadership and risk analysis skills * Proactivity and ability to work under pressure * Experience in document management and inventory control * Effective communication skills for delivering training and coordinating with authorities **Who We Are:** As a Koch company, Molex is a global provider of electronic solutions driving innovation across industries—from automotive to healthcare.
