What will you make today?* As a Parts Order Fulfillment Analyst at Ford, you will be the driving force behind the efficient movement of parts to our Dealers, Ford Parts Plus (FPP), and Authorized Distributors (FAD). Your primary mission is to ensure that order flows remain uninterrupted by managing releases in real\-time, resolving financial and logistical discrepancies, and maintaining a high standard of communication with global stakeholders. This role requires exceptional time management and the ability to meet strict Turnaround Times (TAT) to keep our supply chain moving. **Educational Qualification:** * Commerce graduate / Post\-Graduate / Semi Qualified Professional **Experience:** * 2 \- 5 Years Experience **Skills:** * Good Communication \& analytical skills DISCLAIMER: Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as we are committed with a diverse workforce, and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran and basis of disability. \#LI\-JRA 1\) Perform parts order release for Dealers, FPP and FAD (Ford Authorized Distributors) in CBS \& FP systems within 1 hour TAT 2\) Work with cross\-functional stakeholders on credit limit issues, order discrepancies and take timely actions to clear the orders on hold queue 3\) Perform IDO (NA Depot) parts releases for the customers within agreed TAT (First Schedule – Complete before 7PM ,9:00 PM \& by 11:30 PM, India time) 4\) Work with PDC team on resolving discrepancies on orders (pricing, quantity, etc.) 5\) Maintain order release tracker and work with the Depot and dealers on additional payments required to release orders 6\) Attend all emails within strict TAT including requests for invoice revisions, manual invoicing and price related adjustments 7\) Alteryx knowledge would be an added advantage 8\) Need to build and maintain effective communications through email or conference calls with dealers / cross functional teams
