Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Permanent Contract**Position Objective** Corporate maintenance project management aimed at continuously improving departmental and management area indicators, as well as the reliability of manufacturing and/or service equipment across the facility, through systematic root cause analysis of failures and implementation of preventive actions to avoid recurrence, thereby increasing equipment availability.**Responsibilities and Activities** Identify opportunities for executing the maintenance system that ensure continuous improvement and feedback of the system—including cost, labor, and departmental resources. Analyze primary causes of efficiency loss using improvement tools (8D, 5 Whys, FMEA, RCA, etc.) to resolve issues at their root and prevent recurrence. Manage maintenance-related projects and oversee key performance indicators. Monitor compliance with optimal inventory levels, inventory reliability, and appropriate turnover; report any findings or inconsistencies identified. Education Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical-Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering Experience Maintenance indicator analysis and monitoring: 2 years Project management: 2 years Design and implementation of maintenance plans and/or programs: 2 years Root cause analysis: 2 years Knowledge Improvement / root cause analysis tools Maintenance management systems (indicators, planning, process control, financial controls) Project execution and follow-up**Additional Profile Requirements** Willingness and ability to travel between plants; weekly visits are required to the Tlajomulco and Pympsa plants, though the primary work location is the Industrial Zone.
