An importer of wood and hardware is seeking: Document Control Analyst Job Objective: Ensure proper documentation, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of procedures, generating the various templates required for implementing and monitoring manuals, procedures, and policies. Responsibilities: -Develop, document, update, and control procedures, policies, and templates. -Ensure processes align with quality and safety standards. -Coordinate procedure implementation across different departments. -Monitor compliance with documented processes. -Control document versions and archival (document control). -Support internal and external audits. -Monitor quality indicators (KPIs). -Support continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: -Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or related field -1 to 3 years of experience in: Quality management systems, Document control, and/or Processes and procedures -Internal audits -Document management -Working relationship with operational and administrative departments.
