Position Summary: A leading construction company is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee financial projections, supplier payments, and bank reconciliations, ensuring tax compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage short-, medium-, and long-term revenue and expenditure projections. 2. Prepare weekly payment proposals and disbursements via banking portals. 3. Ensure reconciliation of transactions with the ERP system and validate payments. LEADING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY REQUIRES: TREASURY MANAGER Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Administration or related field (degree required) Advanced Excel skills Minimum 5 years of experience in this role Proficiency in Enkontrol Advanced Excel proficiency Strong familiarity with banking portals MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term revenue and expenditure projections to anticipate financing needs or investment surpluses. * Prepare weekly payment proposals to suppliers and service providers * Execute disbursements across multiple banking portals * Ensure every transaction in bank statements matches ERP records, promptly identifying and resolving pending entries. * Validate that payments comply with tax deductibility policies and authorized amounts. * Safeguard checks, promissory notes, credit agreements, and point-of-sale terminals, ensuring proper usage. * Responsible for daily reporting of available balances across all accounts and critical outstanding obligations. * Management of securities * Application of payments in the system. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 5 years of experience Age: between 30 and 45 years Knowledge: Coordination ability, Bank reconciliations, Accounting, Enkontrol, Financial statements, Finance, Microsoft Excel, Banking portals, Projections, Treasury Keywords: leader, manager, head, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, administrator, accounting, treasury, accounting, tesoreria, construction, project, build, construction
