**Technology development company specializing in aerospace products seeks:** **Process Engineer for the Quality Department** **Responsibilities** Ø Creation and/or updating of documents to establish the AS9100D/ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Ø Conducting internal audits and analyzing audit results. Ø Performing product audits during production and on finished goods to assess compliance with requirements based on validation criteria. Ø Conducting root cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions for process incidents, as well as ensuring follow-up on corrective and preventive actions, including their documentation, evaluation, and closure. **Accountabilities** Ø Monitoring and improving existing company processes. Ø Tracking and analyzing identified nonconformities until resolution. Ø Participating in continuous process improvement, defining tools for data analysis, and demonstrating QMS effectiveness. **Requirements** Ø Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field preferred) Ø Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing plant. Ø Minimum 2 years’ experience implementing ISO 9001:2015 (AS9100D) requirements. Ø Minimum 1 year’s experience as an ISO 9001:2015 (AS9100D) internal auditor.
