Job Objective Manage, clean, and optimize the database generated by the agency's digital channels, ensuring proper segmentation, traceability, and utilization to contribute to increased sales and commercial efficiency. Functions and Responsibilities Manage, update, and clean the prospect (digital lead) database. Ensure accurate capture, classification, and segmentation of information within the CRM. Monitor record quality and identify inconsistencies or duplicates. Generate periodic reports on leads, conversion rates, and digital campaign performance. Coordinate with digital marketing and sales teams to ensure proper information flow. Analyze database behavior to identify improvement opportunities. Implement strategies to optimize information usage and utilization. Monitor response times and follow-up timelines for digital prospects. Support automation of data management-related processes. Required Profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Systems, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (completed). Experience: Minimum 1–2 years handling databases, CRM systems, or digital areas. Intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge. CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
