**PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR** Supervise and coordinate production area activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and food safety standards, as well as achievement of daily production targets. **REQUIREMENTS:** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in manufacturing plants or production facilities. * Advanced intermediate Excel proficiency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Train and supervise staff under supervision on appropriate practices for product handling and control. * Report payroll-related incidents. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. * Verify proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Ensure adherence to industrial safety and hygiene protocols by the work team; report unsafe acts or conditions. * Identify and report machinery malfunctions or unsafe conditions. * Monitor production performance and waste levels. * Propose improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste. * Implement prerequisite programs and hazard control plans, as applicable. * Record deviations, non-conforming products, or food safety incidents. * Participate in internal and external audits. * Propose corrective and preventive actions to optimize processes. * Control critical process parameters (e.g., time, temperature, mixing ratios, etc.). **Salary:** Competitive, with benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
