Job Objective Responsible for the accurate processing, calculation, and management of payroll, as well as compliance with labor and social security obligations, ensuring accuracy in payments, payroll incidents, and related tax obligations for employees. Job Description The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for administering and executing payroll, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and labor obligation-related processes, ensuring the company’s legal and tax compliance. Will coordinate with accounting, administrative, and human resources departments to ensure proper personnel management and handling of employment-related changes. Key Responsibilities and Functions Payroll Processing Preparation and calculation of weekly and biweekly payroll. Calculation of earnings, deductions, and final settlements (finiquitos). Review of payroll incidents: Absences. Tardiness. Medical leaves. Vacations. CFDI payroll stamping (timbrado). IMSS and INFONAVIT Employee registration, termination, and salary adjustments with IMSS. Management of IDSE and SUA systems. Determination and validation of employer-employee contribution quotas. Download and validation of IMSS-INFONAVIT contribution reports. Generation of SIPARE payment reference lines (líneas de captura). Responding to IMSS and INFONAVIT-related inquiries. Administrative and Document Control Document control of stamped payroll receipts. Digital filing and management of payroll records and employee movements. Determination of income tax (ISR) on salaries and wages. Review of payroll CFDIs. Validation of compliance with SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree completed in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Up-to-date knowledge of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT regulations. Experience in payroll calculation and processing. Proficiency in IDSE, SUA, and SIPARE systems. Knowledge of payroll CFDI stamping (timbrado). Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. Payroll system experience is desirable.
