We look forward to your application! **Position: Warehouse and Logistics Assistant.** 1. Order Management and Efficient Packaging * Preparation: Validate products and quantities in Odoo prior to picking. * Optimization: Assemble packages considering protection and reduction of weight/volume to minimize shipping costs. 2. Inventory Control and Movements * Organization: Maintain strategic warehouse organization (racks and locations). * Digital Traceability: Accurately record receipts, shipments, and locations in Odoo, maintaining real-time stock levels. 3. Shipment Coordination and Shipping Label Management * Cost-Effectiveness: Quote and select the best courier option (FedEx, DHL, etc.) based on service quality and price. * Generation: Capture actual package dimensions and generate, print, and integrate the shipping label—including the tracking number—into Odoo. 4. Handling Returns and Warranties * After-Sales: Receive, inspect, and record returned merchandise in detail. * Resolution in Odoo: Update status, validate the case, and coordinate final disposition (restocking, repair, or disposal). **Essential Requirements:** * Solid experience in warehouse and logistics processes. * Computer literacy. * Completed high school diploma (mandatory). * Odoo ERP experience preferred (not mandatory). **We Offer:** * **Base salary:** MXN 11,200 per month. * **Performance bonus.** * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Statutory and above-statutory benefits.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: MXN 11,200.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund. * Free uniforms. * Grocery vouchers.
