Management of nonconformities and continuous improvement. **Quality Engineer** **(Plastic Injection Industry)** Company commencing operations in June *Company located on the highway to Chapala, at the level of the airport* **Requirements:** * Quality control, inspection, or validation of products and services. * Execution of inspections, product release, or service validation. * Experience in analysis and follow-up of nonconformities. * Knowledge of the current version of ISO 9001. * Proficient use of Excel **Responsibilities:** * Review, document, and validate requirements of received products, as well as their proper functionality. * Conduct product and/or service inspections according to established acceptance criteria. * Release products and services that meet quality standards. * Validate that corrections, adjustments, or repairs comply with defined acceptance criteria. **Management of nonconformities and continuous improvement.** * Identify, record, and track nonconformities related to products and services. * Promptly notify involved departments regarding nonconforming products or services. * Follow up on corrective actions arising from detected deviations. * Analyze recurring deviations to propose process and control criteria improvements. **Document control and traceability.** * Ensure proper documentation and traceability of products and services. * Perform releases related to calibrations. * Document warranty requests and conduct corresponding follow-up. * Verify that each service has complete evidence and meets acceptance criteria prior to release. **Salary** * Monthly salary negotiable (average MXN $25,000), based on experience * Statutory benefits * Monthly food allowance: MXN $1,000.00 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility to arrive earlier and leave earlier, or arrive later and leave later, or work on Saturdays (time-for-time basis) to supervise production lines **Contact:** Lic.
