Position **Operational Manager** Salary and Benefits * $25,000.00 MXN monthly (with performance-based increases) * Gasoline allowance: $500.00 weekly Schedule * Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 16:00 hrs * Saturday: half shift * Availability for emergency scheduling Requirements * Conversational English * Willingness to travel between operational sites (gasoline support provided) * Personnel management experience (verifiable) * Proficiency in general computer use * Professional and neat appearance appropriate for customer interaction * Excellent customer service skills Responsibilities * Customer service * Oversight of operational staff * Verification of proper hotel operations * Supervision of proper functioning across all operational areas * Staff verification: attendance, uniforms, appearance, schedules, among others Location Av.
