We are looking for a **Financial and Accounting Analyst** **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Financial Administration and/or Accounting **Required Experience:** * 2 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, budgetary control, or related areas. * Prior experience building and explaining financial models. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, modeling). * Knowledge of corporate finance, general accounting, and financial statement analysis. * Proficiency with financial tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle). * Database development and knowledge. * Budgetary control development. * Financial report and model development. * Financial projections. * Cash flow analysis. REQUIREMENTS: * Advanced Excel. * Neodata (desirable). **Required Personal Competencies:** * Analytical ability. * Problem-solving skills. * Results orientation. * Service orientation. * Assertive communication.
