Requirements: Current residence located within one hour of the airport Availability to work Minimum 6 years of experience as a cook Experience in restaurant operations Experience handling kitchen utensils Knowledge of hygiene, organization, and product rotation Temperature control knowledge Familiarity with cooking terminology Availability for rotating shifts The following responsibilities are expected: Guarantee customer satisfaction with every food item Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal regulatory standards Guarantee proper use, maintenance, and control of the restaurant’s fixed assets ROTATING SHIFT: 5 AM–1 PM, 1 PM–9 PM, and 9 PM–5 AM, rotated weekly.
