**Job Objective** Design the user experience and visual interfaces of the organization’s SaaS application, ensuring that workflows, screens, and components are intuitive, functional, scalable, and aligned with product goals, business objectives, and end-user needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Design **user interfaces (UI)** and **user experiences (UX)** for the SaaS application. * Gather and analyze functional requirements together with Product and Development teams. * Define user flows, user journeys, and information architecture. * Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. * Design dashboards, forms, tables, reports, and complex views typical of enterprise applications. * Ensure visual consistency through a **Design System** (components, typography, colors, iconography). * Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure accurate implementation of designs. * Refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and product metrics. * Ensure designs consider accessibility, usability, and established UX best practices. * Document design decisions and guidelines for maintenance and evolution. * Support the visual evolution of the product as the platform grows. **Job RequirementsEducation** * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Digital Design, Graphic Design, UX/UI, Product Design, or related field. **Essential Technical Knowledge** * UX/UI design for SaaS applications or digital products. * Design of complex workflows and enterprise applications. * Design and prototyping tools (Figma **mandatory**). * Creation and maintenance of Design Systems. * Principles of usability, accessibility, and user-centered design. * Responsive and adaptive design. **Desirable Knowledge** * Basic frontend development knowledge (HTML, CSS, components). * Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum / Kanban). * Use of product metrics (usability, adoption, friction). * Experience with B2B platforms, cybersecurity, or technical software.
