Job Summary: Engineering and network design for high-rise and mixed-use buildings, project monitoring, preparation of MEP drawings and models, and generation of reports. Key Highlights: 1. Engineering design for high-rise and mixed-use buildings 2. Development of installation proposals for projects 3. Optimization of proposals to minimize project costs **Main Job Responsibilities** * Engineering design for high-rise and mixed-use buildings (Hydraulic, Sanitary, Electrical, Stormwater) (Special Systems) * Design of general networks to ensure proper project functionality. * Monitoring of project changes and construction logistics. * Preparation of drawings * Preparation of MEP models * Review of engineering documents. * Generation of progress reports and schedules **Objective:** To develop necessary installation proposals for assigned projects, ensuring accurate representation and organization, while optimizing proposals to minimize project costs. **Requirements:** * 3 years of experience in installation and civil works projects * Experience in engineering work for high-rise and mixed-use buildings * Knowledge of construction systems. * Proficiency in AUTOCAD * Proficiency in REVIT MEP * Microsoft Office Suite **Offer:** * Monthly salary of $20,000.00 to $25,000.00 * Benefits in accordance with the Federal Labor Law. * Employment type: Indefinite-term contract * Full-time (Monday to Saturday). * Work location: On-site employment Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
