A prominent fragrance company with presence in other states of the republic is looking for: **Trainer\-Process Control** Ages 35 to 45 Both genders Related bachelor’s degree (social work, administration, etc.) MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION: * Manage or participate in talent training or development projects based on performance and organizational transitions at a corporate level (training profiles, performance evaluation or continuity programs, change management, operations schools, etc.). * Coordinate the design and implementation of training plans \[regulatory and continuity] as well as execution methods and processes (in-person, virtual, or hybrid). * Propose and manage the implementation of policies, processes, and tools that ensure optimal execution of training and development programs aligned with business objectives. * Advise, measure, and provide feedback to Human Resources units regarding the execution of training and development processes, guidelines, and tools. * Design and coordinate action plans to address inconsistencies or identified opportunities together with area managers. **We offer:** Salary from 16,000 to 18,000 depending on skills.
