Company dedicated to the sale of hardware and construction materials, currently with 5 branches and a distribution center, due to expansion we are seeking: **Position Objective:** Ensure that the company's internal processes are executed according to established policies, regulations, and standards, with a focus on supply chain optimization, reduction of operational costs, experience in demand planning, data analysis, and leadership. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Supervision and Compliance:** * Verify that all internal processes are carried out in accordance with company regulations and policies. * Enforce proper execution of processes across all departments and hierarchical levels. * Implement strategies to ensure compliance with quality and efficiency standards. * **Process Intervention and Improvement:** * Identify process deviations and take corrective actions. * Coordinate with relevant departments to implement necessary adjustments. * Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes and propose continuous improvements. * **Development and Updating of Procedures:** * Design and document new procedures when current ones are inefficient or obsolete. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure process changes are functional and practical. * Implement tools and methodologies for operational optimization. * **Auditing and Control:** * Conduct periodic internal audits to assess process execution. * Generate reports with findings and recommendations. * Ensure corrective measures are effectively implemented. * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** * Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure proper execution of cross-functional processes. * Train staff on new methodologies and procedures. * Promote an organizational culture focused on efficiency and continuous improvement. **Essential Requirement – Graduate from CUCEI:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, process control, or continuous improvement. * Knowledge of compliance regulations and quality management. * Leadership, critical analysis, and decision-making skills. * Ability to work with multiple departments and hierarchical levels.
