Professional Profile: * Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (certified) * Experience: Minimum of 6 years in external audit, preferably with international firms * Language: Intermediate to Advanced Key Competencies: * Leadership of multidisciplinary teams * Effective communication with senior management * Interdepartmental collaboration * Change management * Strategic audit vision Main Responsibilities: * Review accounting records and bases of NIFs for proper application (financial statements). * Preparation of work programs. * Assessment of risks and internal control models. * Identification of opportunities and risks. * Completion of audit opinion templates. * General transfer pricing matters, interpretation of studies. * Management and communication of processes with Management and Corporate Governance. * Coordinate and supervise audit execution. * Analysis and review of financial, tax, and corporate information. * Audit planning. * Preparation of reports, recommendation letters, and audit opinions. * Client service * NIFs, ISAs, (Income Tax, VAT, Tax Code, IMSS and local taxes), internal control.
