A growing company is seeking a Controller Assistant to join its team, who will provide support in the integration, review, and analysis of financial and operational information, contributing to the generation of reliable reports for decision-making. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or related field. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in audits. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:** * Integrate and prepare baseline reports for profitability analysis of business units. * Collect and review monthly financial information. * Perform bank reconciliations and identify unrecorded transactions. * Support the review of corporate expenses and financial documentation. * Track advances, financing, and pending invoicing. * Prepare comparative reports between budgets and actual results. * Support internal audit processes. * Maintain up-to-date physical and digital financial records. **SALARY:** $15,400 MXN per month (take-home pay). **BENEFITS:** * Statutory benefits. * Weekly payroll. * Net salary. * Life insurance. **WORK LOCATION:** Sta.
