




A company dedicated to the sale of truck parts is seeking an **ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER** **Area:** Administration, Finance, and Systems **Position Purpose** Coordinate the corporate accounting and financial departments, supervising compliance with established administrative and operational procedures. Ensure the proper operation of administrative systems, IT infrastructure, and corporate documentation, guaranteeing traceability, regulatory compliance, and technical-administrative support to all group units. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the accounting and financial team. * Ensure compliance with administrative procedures across all corporate units. * Provide technical follow-up on incidents in administrative systems (Contpaqi: Accounting, Commercial, Banking, Payroll). * Coordinate with external consultants for specialized technical support in systems and IT infrastructure. * Manage and supervise maintenance of IT infrastructure (networks, equipment, servers, backups). * Document procedures, incidents, and technical solutions. * Propose improvements in administrative, financial, and technological processes. * Coordinate staff training on the proper use of administrative systems. * Ensure proper custody of key corporate documentation (minutes, powers of attorney, contracts, tax records). * Coordinate internal and external audits in administrative, accounting, and financial matters. **Job Requirements** Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, and knowledge of computerized administrative and commercial management systems. **Experience:** * Minimum of 5 years in administrative or financial coordination roles. * Proven experience with Contpaqi or ERP systems. * Experience coordinating with technology and financial service providers. **Technical Skills:** * General accounting and administrative procedures. * Administrative and financial systems. * Basic IT infrastructure (networks, servers, backups). * Office suite and documentation tools. **Key Competencies:** \- Process documentation and quality management systems. \- Analytical thinking and results orientation. \- Effective communication and leadership. \- Time and priority management. \- Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration. \- Adaptability to change and continuous improvement. \- Attention to detail and document traceability.
