100% Mexican company founded in 1990, dedicated to manufacturing ink for the graphic arts industry. **Position: Import/Export Analyst** **Position Objectives:** **Manage, coordinate, and optimize the company’s international trade processes**, ensuring compliance with customs, tax, and logistics regulations, thereby guaranteeing efficient goods flow, minimizing costs and risks, and supporting the organization’s competitiveness in global markets. **Position Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, or related field. * Preferred: Basic knowledge of import/export customs procedures. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Familiarity with Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) and basic customs laws. * Knowledge of Incoterms and Pedimento Analysis (Annex 22). **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year as an Import Analyst. **Languages:** Spanish / Basic English preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** * Preparation of monthly reports on imports and exports. * Execution of import and export operations. 1. Execute import logistics (raw materials, equipment, samples). 2. Coordinate with Customs Brokers and Logistics Providers. 3. Notify and coordinate with internal company departments. 4. Conduct physical inspection of export goods. 5.
