**A leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of equipment for the foodservice industry with more than 40 years of experience invites you to become part of its team as:** Branch warehouse clerk. **Main purpose:** Ensure proper product display, inventory management, and product requests for branch supply, as well as receiving and fulfilling sales orders, organizing, safeguarding, ordering, and cleaning all products and equipment stored in the store's warehouse. **Main responsibilities:** * **Receiving and Arranging Merchandise** * Request and receive merchandise in the warehouse according to established procedures to optimize space and facilitate accessibility. * Arrange merchandise in the exhibition area according to the defined layout in the store, ensuring at all times that equipment remains in excellent condition, avoiding both physical and operational damage. * Label equipment (prices and codes) * **Inventory Control and Documentation** * Create and record warehouse entry and exit documents. * Carry out or request corresponding transfers to fulfill sales orders. * Request logistics to ship the sales order and verify that the shipping document is uploaded timely. * Document product entries and exits complying with quality requirements specified in invoicing. * Perform weekly counts and monthly inventory turnover reports to track inventory levels in the corresponding drive. * Report KPIs monthly and present them to the Warehouse and Logistics Leader. * Notify the salesperson when equipment arrives to provide appropriate follow-up, delivery, or shipment. * Schedule local deliveries with logistics. * Collaborate with warehouse staff and other personnel to ensure achievement of business objectives. * **Order Preparation and Fulfillment** * Fulfill sales invoices (merchandise), ensuring each unit is properly packed and protected for customer delivery. * **Warehouse Maintenance and Safety** * Maintain order and cleanliness in the store's warehouse and comply with inventory control and handling policies. * Ensure the store's warehouse is properly labeled and tagged. **Required knowledge:** * Information control. * Knowledge of 5'S. * Basic pallet jack and forklift operation. * Basic Office skills (Excel, Word). * Creating product entry and exit records. * Any ERP system, preferably Odoo. * Reorder point and/or minimum and maximum level systems. **Education:** High school diploma required.
