




Position Summary: We are seeking an administrative and social media assistant to manage calls, online advertising, messages, and files, as well as receive clients. Key Highlights: 1. Network and file administration The job involves answering calls, uploading advertisements—including photos and information—to designated internet portals, responding to and managing social media and advertising messages, file administration, client and document reception. Management of supplies, resources, and the workplace. Fluency in spoken communication, initiative, and basic computer and calendar skills are essential. Prior experience as a secretary, receptionist, or assistant is mandatory.
